MSD of Warren Township (MSDWT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for new Chromebooks for its Warren Central High School freshmen and sophomores.

3/20/2020 These questions were asked and answered:
Q: Do you want a touch screen?
A: It is not a requirement. Multiple options are available for bid so both non-touch and touch screens are acceptable.
Q: Do you have devices to trade-in? If so, can I get the make, model number and quantity of devices you want to trade in? If they are all the same unit, can I get a serial number of one of the devices so the asset recovery team to determine the value?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do you want options for warranty upgrades…i.e. ADP, battery warranty upgrade, longer terms? If so, how long and what type of options?
A: No ADP.
Q: If you want extended warranty options, do you want them to be the manufactures warranty and not 3rd warranties?
A: Either will be fine.
Q: Are you interested in becoming a Lenovo self-maintainer?
A: Yes, we would like to be a self-maintainer for any manufacturer.
Q: What length of a lease would you like?
A: This is purchase only; no lease.
Q: Will the delivery be to a single or multiple location? If multiple, how many?
A: Single location: our warehouse at 8400 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46219.
Q: Under Quote Submission on Page 6 of the attached RFP it states “The vendor must complete a Non-Collusion Affidavit, the Statement of Experience, and Oath and Affirmation form at the end of this document.” I could not find this form. Will you please forward it?
