May Goals
The month of May is here, and the students and staff are concentrating on meeting their end-of-the-year goals. Some students are working toward making a level gain while others are preparing to earn their HSE. Even though the school year is coming to a close, classrooms are full of students ready to work and find success.
New HSE Graduates
Congratulations to Sirena Rather, Elizabeth Romo, Ana Avila, and Briana Gordon for earning their High School Equivalency diploma. What a great accomplishment for each of these individuals. Adult Education Funding
If there was ever a time to stop, reflect, and celebrate the work of the Indiana Association for Adult and Continuing Education (IAACE), it is today. As the Indiana General Assembly released its budget, they chose to honor the vision of Governor Holcomb, Commissioner Adam of the Department of Workforce Development, and Mrs. Ertel, Executive Director for the Governor's Workforce Cabinet, and advance the services of adult education for Hoosiers around the state. The Board, Advocacy Committee, staff, and Joe Loftus are happy to announce adult education has been funded at $16.9 million for year one and $20.9 million for the following year. Thank you to all who advocated for adult education and put the students first.

May 18th - Flag Day/University Day (Haiti)
