ELL Orientation
This week our ELL Program welcomed almost 100 new students to Warren Adult & Continuing Education. Students met ELL Manager, Maria Lopez, and the entire Orientation Team. The orientation process included an introduction to the program, goal setting by the students, a tour of the building, and placement testing. The ELL teachers are looking forward to having these new students join their classes next week.
CNA Class
The CNA Class is currently working at their clinical site at Rosewalk Nursing Home. The students will return to Highlander Park for classes in September and prepare for their certification test before Fall Break. 
BY Construction Class
More than 30 students are attending the BY Roads Construction training located at Highlander Park. Students are attending class two days a week as well as participating in paid on-the-job training with NeighborLink. Upon completion of the training, students will be invited to attend a hiring event from local companies that are interested in hiring those newly certified.
